Unicorn Mitch Andrews made his debut for the Melbourne Rising off the bench in Round Two of the Buildcorp National Rugby Championship (NRC), after Head Coach Zane Hilton named an exciting lineup to host Brisbane City. Andrews, one of Melbourne Rugby Club’s stand-out Premier 1, First Grade players was selected this year in the Melbourne Rising squad as Hooker.

The Victorian Rugby Union (VRU) Junior Grand Finals will be held this weekend at Southern Districts Rugby Club, Riviera Park, Eel Race Road, Seaford. Congratulations to our very own U14 Melbourne Unicorns who take on Northern on Field Two.
The Melbourne Unicorns Rugby Club have won the Cowper Shield for an impressive sixth straight year. The Cowper Shield is not just about success on field, it is also about growth and participation across all levels.
A mixed day for the Unicorns in the VRU Junior Semi Finals for 2015. Despite going down to Endeavour Hills, the U12A team did their best and kept fighting until the final whistle. On Field One the U14B team defeated the Rams in probably their most complete performance of the season.
